New Pharmacy Setup is an end-to-end consulting service designed to help you open a pharmacy with the right foundation—compliant, operationally ready, and built for patient safety from day one. Pharmasys Solutions LLC guides you through the planning and implementation steps that often slow down openings or create risk after launch. Support can include startup planning and readiness checklists, Board of Pharmacy application coordination, DEA registration guidance, NPI setup, payer and Medicare enrollment support (as applicable), and PSAO contracting assistance. On the operational side, we help you design workflows that match your model (retail, specialty, clinic-based, etc.), develop or refine policies and procedures, set up controlled substance and inventory controls, create documentation tools, and train staff on core compliance and safety expectations. We also help you prepare for the first inspection or site visit by organizing evidence, ensuring required signage and records are in place, and confirming your team can confidently demonstrate processes. The goal is to reduce delays, avoid preventable rework, and launch with systems that are sustainable—not just “good enough to open.”
