Your pharmacy's compliance manual, online and kept current.

The Pharmasys Compliance Portal gives one pharmacy location a California policy manual written by a licensed pharmacist, Board-ready forms that print stamped to your pharmacy, and a regulatory tracker that dates every obligation before an inspector asks for it. $149 a month or $1,490 a year, cancel online any time. Setup and onboarding, a $499 value, included free.

Who it is for

A new pharmacy ahead of its first inspection, starting its compliance record on day one.
A pharmacist-in-charge who inherited a binder nobody has opened.
An owner with more than one location who wants every store on the same policies. One subscription per location.
Still want a manual drafted around your workflow by a pharmacist on site? That service continues under a consulting agreement; the portal is the version you can start today.

Written and maintained by a California pharmacist.

Every policy carries a stable ID and a citation and is crosswalked to Form 17M-13, so the inspector's checklist and your portal line up.
Forms are included: 64 logs, checklists, and sign-offs that print stamped to your pharmacy, because a policy without its form is a wish.
When the law changes, the policy changes with it and you see what changed, on a verification date you can point to.

How it works

1. Subscribe. Two minutes online, card on file through Stripe, no setup fee.
2. Log in. Your invitation arrives by email, and you add up to 10 staff logins.
3. Set your starting dates. On the onboarding call your pharmacist-in-charge enters the last Schedule II count, the last inventory, and the last self-assessment, and the tracker computes what is due.
4. Run the pharmacy. Check an obligation off, date it, and the next due date sets itself. Forms print stamped to your store.
5. Get inspected. Print the inspector packet: a dated record of completed obligations and current credentials.

What is in the portal

Policy manual. 59 policies in 8 chapters, verified line by line to the Board of Pharmacy lawbook and Form 17M-13, searchable, and revised when the law changes.
Forms and records book. 64 forms that print stamped with your pharmacy name, license number, the user, and the date.
Regulatory tracker. Quarterly Schedule II reconciliation, the 12-month listed-product reconciliation, the biennial inventory, the odd-year self-assessment, quarterly QA review, and the monthly checks. Check it off, date it, and the next due date is set.
Credential register. Pharmacy license, DEA, staff licenses, BLS, CLIA, and thermometer calibration, surfaced 90 days before anything expires.
Inspector packet. One click prints a dated record of completed obligations and current credentials.
Updates. When California or federal law changes, the policy changes with it, and you see what changed and when.

Questions we hear first

Is this a template? It is a California community pharmacy manual written by a licensed pharmacist, with a pharmacy profile that records the determinations specific to your store.
Does the portal store patient information? No, by design. Patient-level records stay in your pharmacy system or on paper, so no business associate agreement is needed.
Can I print? Forms print stamped to your pharmacy. Policies are read in the portal, which is how the manual stays current and stays yours.
What happens if I cancel? Monthly: your access runs to the end of the month you paid for. Annual: it will not renew, and your access runs to the end of the 12 months.
Do you cover compounding? The portal edition is the community pharmacy manual. Non-sterile and sterile compounding manuals are available separately; ask us.

$149 a month, or $1,490 a year.

Monthly is billed month to month, and you can cancel any time before your next billing date.
Annual is one payment for 12 months, two months free, locked in.
Setup and onboarding walkthrough, normally $499, is free. Up to 10 staff logins. Card on file through Stripe, receipts from Stripe, and the portal stores no patient information.
Not sure the portal fits your store, or need more than the portal? Mock inspections on site, custom policies, probation and licensing work stay available as consulting. Book a free 15-minute consultation and we will scope it.
