Your probation order came with deadlines. We turn them into a calendar.

An independent consultant pharmacist for California pharmacies on Board of Pharmacy probation: the consultant your order may require, the quarterly reports, the owner statements, and a corrective plan the Board can verify. Licensed, active, unrestricted, and never on probation, which is what the Board's consultant term requires.

Who this is for

  • The decision arrived and nobody in the building has read past page three.

  • Your order says a consultant's name is due to the Board within 30 days.

  • You bought or took over a pharmacy and inherited someone else's probation.

If your order includes Consultant Review of Facility Operations (Optional Condition 27 in the Board's Disciplinary Guidelines), a consultant's name is due to the Board within 30 days of the effective date.

Not for pharmacies looking for a consultant who will tell the Board what it wants to hear. Reports go to the Board first, as the term requires, and they say what we found.

We have read the manual. And your accusation.

The Board's consultant term requires a pharmacist with a current, active, unrestricted license, not on probation, approved by the Board, with experience related to the causes for discipline in your case. We meet the definition, and we read your accusation before the first visit, because it is a preview of the Board's inspection agenda.

Reports go to the Board first, as the term requires. You still hear the truth before the Board does, because we tell you on site, the same day.

We do the quarterly consultant work at 300+ California sites a year (10,000+ audit visits since 2018), so the corrective plan is one your staff can actually run, not a binder.

The first 30 days, then every quarter

1. The order becomes a calendar: every deadline, an owner, and the evidence that proves it happened.

2. Day one: the employee notice, posted and circulated, and the 15-day confirmation letter to the Board.

3. Before the 30-day owner and officer statements: a working session on the exact sections your accusation cited, so the statement under penalty of perjury is true when it is signed.

4. Baseline inspection against the accusation, scored, with the corrective action file opened.

5. If your order has the consultant term: the agenda submitted for Board approval, the review on the monthly or quarterly schedule the order sets, and the report delivered to the Board.

6. The quarterly report evidence file, built as we go, so the sworn report writes itself.

One consultant for the length of the term. Every report on time.

You know exactly what the consultant term will involve before you submit our name: the Board-approved agenda, the review schedule your order sets, the report to the Board, and the corrective plan in between. If the Board asks us a question about the pharmacy, we answer it. Scope is set on the discovery call.

Questions we hear first

Can we name any pharmacist we know? No. The term requires a current, active, unrestricted license, no probation history, Board approval, and experience related to the causes for discipline. A friend who fills in on weekends usually does not qualify.

What if the Board rejects our consultant? The manual gives you 60 days to submit a new name. We have never been the reason a pharmacy needed one.

Can you help before the decision is final? Yes. Remediation that starts before the hearing is evidence the Board's guidelines list as mitigating, and it shortens the probation work later.

Do you replace our attorney? No. We work alongside counsel and stay in our lane: the pharmacy, its records, and its policies.

What is the date your order became effective, and what is due 15 days after it?

Who is writing the quarterly report, and from what evidence?

Every deadline in the order is already running. The Board does not extend the ones you did not notice.

Bring the order. Thirty minutes, free, and you leave with the deadlines on one page.

Free. No proposal unless you ask for one. You get a written summary of what we saw by the next business day. A person confirms your booking the same business day.
