A free 30-minute call with a licensed California pharmacist for a pharmacy that has a Board of Pharmacy decision in hand or an accusation on the way. Bring the order. We walk the deadlines in it, starting with the ones already running: the employee notice and its 15-day letter, the 30-day owner statements, the quarterly reports, and, if your order includes Consultant Review of Facility Operations, the consultant name due to the Board within 30 days. You leave with the deadlines on one page and a clear answer on whether we meet your order's consultant definition: a current, active, unrestricted license, never on probation, with experience related to the causes for discipline. If we do, the engagement is the Board-approved inspection agenda, the reviews on the schedule your order sets, reports to the Board first as the term requires, and a corrective plan your staff can run. We work alongside your attorney, not instead of one. No proposal unless you ask for one, and a written summary by the next business day.
