We look at which license category applies to your site, section 4180 for community clinics and FQHCs, section 4190 for accredited outpatient surgery settings, what the Board of Pharmacy will ask when you apply, and what it takes to get from where you are to an issued license. Bring your questions about physician-license operation, 340B site licensing, DEA registration, or a change of ownership. You leave the call knowing exactly where your site stands and what the project would involve, with every round of Board correspondence answered until the license issues. If your center is already properly licensed, we will tell you that too. The look is free either way. No proposal unless you ask for one.
