Free 30-Minute ASC Pharmacist Call

Service Description

A free 30-minute call with a licensed California pharmacist who does quarterly consultant work in accredited surgery centers across the state. Bring your last survey report and your last consultant pharmacist report, if you have one. We go through what the surveyor will ask about pharmaceutical services (42 CFR 416.48), what your documentation shows today, and what we would look at first on a baseline visit. You leave the call knowing where the gaps are and what a standing consultant relationship would involve: an on-site visit every quarter, a signed and scored report the same week, and the file a surveyor asks for. For Board-licensed centers, the section 4192 quarterly certification and the self-assessment signature are part of it. If your current arrangement already covers you, we will say so. No proposal unless you ask for one, and a written summary by the next business day.
